Delivery


At BTDT we want to ensure your package arrives promptly and in the best condition. As such we’ve teamed up with Australia Post to deliver our products registered anywhere in the world with capped pricing. Listed below are the delivery policy guidelines, timeframes and prices.

1. Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is free for all domestic orders. Time of delivery is 2-7 business days varying depending on country or metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of your goods as delivery may vary on location.

All national deliveries are registered through Australia Post, which includes full tracking of your order. Standard delivery days are Monday-Friday and do not include public holidays.


2. International Shipping

We are excited to offer capped pricing for all international orders anywhere in the world. So no matter where you live, you can now be part of the BTDT family.

2.1 Delivery timeframes - international

Time of delivery for international orders is expected between 3-10 business days. Please allow up to 12 business days for international delivery as timeframes may vary depending on metropolitan or regional locations. Standard delivery days are Monday-Friday EST and do not include public holidays.



3. Shipping methods and free shipping

Unless otherwise specified all orders incur a postage and handling delivery charge. This charge is reflective of the costs incurred to deliver the item to you with quality assurance. All shipping with BTDT is registered through Australia Post. As part of this service all orders have signature on delivery so we can ensure our products reach you safely.


4. Inspection of delivery

Please ensure you inspect the quality of the package on delivery. If it appears damaged please do not accept the shipment. Once the item has been returned to the warehouse we will refund all purchasing costs related to that item. Please inspect the quality of the item within a reasonable time following its receipt. You will have deemed to have accepted the products if you have not contacted us within 28 days of its delivery. For more information regarding returns click here to read our returns policy.



Returns


At BTDT we love all our sunglasses, and we know that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. Please read the following carefully pertaining to our Returns Policy.


1. Items of non-conformity

If you receive your item and it does not reflect the product description, or it is clearly in a worse condition than indicated please contact us immediately and let us know the problem. If necessary you will be able to return the item to us for a full refund.


2. Damaged and defective items

If you receive an item which is damaged, defective or incorrect and you would like a replacement item to be sent, please contact us and let us know the problem. You can then return the original item within 28 days of its original receipt. Upon receiving the item a replacement will be dispatched to you. In the event you return goods because they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs.


3. Qualifying for returns

Returning your items with us is not a problem. You can return any item in its original condition within 28 days of receiving the original order.

We will refund the cost of the goods returned, which includes sale items. In the event you return goods for reasons other than defectiveness or non-conformity with your order, you will need to pay for the return shipment. In practice, when returning, you will use our logistics provider at Australia Post. As the costs incurred by us for these return shipments are equal to the costs of sending the goods to you, we will not refund the costs you originally paid for delivery.


4. Product Exchange

We are not able to return items in exchange for another. If you would like to change your item for a different design, or colour, you will need to place a new order as returned items are automatically refunded following approval.


5. Return Approval

Returned goods are inspected on their return to the warehouse to ensure they are in their original condition. Once received and approved the refund will be processed immediately.

Returned items do not need to be in the original packaging. It is important, however, that items are packed properly for return. The item condition is the customers responsibility until the product arrives at the warehouse. In the unlikely event your item is returned in an unsuitable condition we may have to send the item back to you.


6. Processing payments for returns

All returns are processed directly through Paypal’s security payment system. All payments made through Paypal are refundable up to 60 days following the purchase of the original item. Refunds are made directly to the card used to purchase the item. It will take 5-7 working days for the credit to appear once we send through confirmation of the refund. 7. Returning items in the prescribed time

If the item is not returned within 28 days of receiving the original order we may have to send the item back to you. BTDT retains the right to decline return requests outside this period. In all cases refunds for returned items cannot be issued 60 days from the date of purchase.


8. Expected timeframes of returns

It can take up to 7 business days for your item to arrive at our warehouse. Once it has arrived we will send you an email to confirm when the return has been approved and refund processed.

The refund will take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement through Paypal.
